The holidays are here and these Christmas diffuser blends are one of my favorite things to make the house smell amazing and tie it all together. I’m a sucker for the smells of this time of the year, from fresh baked cookies to the Christmas tree, to cinnamon, hot cocoa and more!<\/p>\n

I love being able to use my essential oils in the diffuser to create amazing smells while also supporting our family’s immune system and more! It’s pretty awesome how they work together with the body. I have lots more information on the benefits of diffusing here!<\/a><\/p>\n

Young Living has hundreds of oils, and I use all different blends in my diffusers throughout the year, but this time of the year is one of my favorites! A lot of times I will just throw in whatever I am in the mood for but for the holiday months I have a few recipes that are my favorites to use on repeat. I have added several diffusers in our home over the years and I love how amazing the house smells when they are running. Don’t have oils yet, no problem!<\/h2>\n

If you don’t have essential oils yet, now is the best time to introduce them into your lifestyle! Not only do they smell amazing but also help to support the body, respiratory system and immune system.<\/p>\n

A couple things as always, I am not a doctor, I am just a Mama who loves finding natural options for her family.
