Summer is here and these diffuser blends are some of my favorites! They are a great way to make your home smell amazing and fresh!<\/p>\n

I love being able to use my essential oils in the diffuser to create amazing smells. It’s a bonus that they also support our family\u2019s immune system and more! It\u2019s pretty awesome how they work together with the body. I have lots more information on the benefits of diffusing here!<\/a><\/p>\n

Young Living has hundreds of oils, and I use all different blends in my diffusers throughout the year! A lot of times I will just throw in whatever I am in the mood for but I have a few recipes that are my favorites to use on repeat during certain times of the year. I have added several diffusers in our home over the years and I love how amazing the house smells when they are running. If you don\u2019t have essential oils yet, now is the best time to introduce them into your lifestyle! Not only do they smell amazing but also help to support the body, respiratory system and immune system.<\/p>\n

A couple things as always, I am not a doctor, I am just a Mama who loves finding natural options for her family. One of my favorite things about diffusing essential oils is not only the amazing smells but also the medicinal and therapeutic benefits that they give to the body. My education on oils is how our family has used these over the years and the benefits we have seen.
