Pumpkin Puree – This can be canned or fresh but just be sure it is just pure pumpkin puree.

Maple SyrupReal Maple Syrup is a healthier option to sweeten it with and it adds a great flavor!

Milk of Choice – We use whole milk at home but you can use whatever you typically use.

Pumpkin Pie Spice You can make your own up if you have a favorite recipe or there are great options already blended!

Celtic or Mineral Salt – Celtic Salt is always my favorite. I will use it wherever I can. It adds minerals back into the body and has many health benefits. Plus it balances the sweetness.

Vanilla Extract Vanilla is always yummy in baking and sweets. It just adds that extra yum.

Tools you may need for your recipe:

32 oz Mason Jar

Blender or Immersion Blender

Measuring Cups and Spoons

How to make…

This recipe really is super simple!
Gather all your ingredients.
Measure out everything and add your ingredients either to your blender or if you are using an immersion blender, you can just add them straight to the mason jar. If you use a mason jar though, don’t add in all of the milk. Only fill it about halfway up.

Pumpkin Spice Creamer in a Mason Jar

Blend it up.
If you are using a mason jar then once you blend in everything really good, you can add in the rest of your milk, give it a gentle blend or even just cap it and shake it really good. If you add the milk in all at once you will have a mess, trust me, I know these things.
Enjoy it in your coffee, hot tea, warm milk, hot chocolate, whatever drink you’d like!

FAQs

How To Store?

Cap your mason jar or storage container of choice and store in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days. I like the mason jar for easy shaking before use. You can also freeze into ice cube trays if you won’t go through it fast enough!

Does it matter if it is fresh pumpkin puree or canned?

Not at all, you can use whichever you prefer, just make sure that it is unsweetened and smooth.

Can I adjust the sweetness?

Of course! The maple syrup is my preference, but you can also use raw cane sugar, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk or honey. You can adjust to your taste preference.

Can I use this in hot or iced coffee?

Yes! It tastes amazing in either. If you have a handheld frothing blender you can also froth it up for a pumpkin cold foam to top off your favorite cold coffee.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Did you know you can whip up your very own Easy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer with only 6 ingredients? Nothing screams fall like all things pumpkin and if you love coffee and pumpkin then this is such a treat and dare, I say, a healthier way to enjoy a fun fall coffee!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic or Sea Salt (fine ground)
  • 3 cups milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Gather all of the ingredients.
  2. Measure out all of your ingredients and either add them to your blender or mason jar (if you are using an immersion blender). If you are blending directly in the mason jar only add about half of the milk, otherwise you will have a mess. I may know this from experience.
  3. Blend it up.
  4. If you are using a mason jar then once you blend everything well, you can add the rest of the milk. Then give it a gentle blend or you can just cap it and shake it well to mix in the rest of the milk.
  5. If you used a full blender, then just transfer it to a mason jar and cap it for storage.
  6. Enjoy!!!
