Summer is here and these diffuser blends are some of my favorites! They are a great way to make your home smell amazing and fresh!

I love being able to use my essential oils in the diffuser to create amazing smells. It’s a bonus that they also support our family’s immune system and more! It’s pretty awesome how they work together with the body. I have lots more information on the benefits of diffusing here!

Young Living has hundreds of oils, and I use all different blends in my diffusers throughout the year! A lot of times I will just throw in whatever I am in the mood for but I have a few recipes that are my favorites to use on repeat during certain times of the year. I have added several diffusers in our home over the years and I love how amazing the house smells when they are running. Don’t have oils yet, no problem!

If you don’t have essential oils yet, now is the best time to introduce them into your lifestyle! Not only do they smell amazing but also help to support the body, respiratory system and immune system.

A couple things as always, I am not a doctor, I am just a Mama who loves finding natural options for her family. Sweet Summertime

5 drops of Lemon, 4 drops of Orange, 3 drops of Grapefruit, 3 drops of Lime and 2 drops of Spearmint

Back Porch

4 drops of Lemon, 3 drops of Purification, 3 drops of Citronella and 2 drops of Peppermint

Citrus Cool

5 drops of Lemon, 3 drops of Grapefruit, 3 drops of Orange 3 drops of Lime and 3 drops of Citrus Fresh

Peace and Bliss

3 drops of Valor, 3 drops of Peace and Calming, and 3 drops of Lemon

Summer Dreams

4 drops of Valor, 3 drops of Cedarwood and 2 drops of Frankincense
